Short version: we don't store anything you enter into the calculator. The only time any information leaves your browser for good is if you choose to request a callback — and even then, it's only what's needed to connect you with a mortgage broker.
What happens when you use the calculator
The numbers you enter (income, expenses, deposit, etc.) are sent to our server once,
purely to calculate your indicative borrowing estimate, and the response is marked
no-store so it isn't cached or logged anywhere. We don't write your inputs to a
database, and we don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or local storage to remember you
between visits. If you close the tab, nothing about that session persists on our end.
What happens if you request a callback
Clicking "Request my call" is the only action on this site that sends your details anywhere on purpose. If you submit that form, we forward your name, contact details, and the estimate figures you generated to a mortgage broker so they can get in touch — that submission is processed through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) purely to deliver it to that broker's inbox. Nothing is submitted, stored, or shared unless you take that action.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
- We don't retain your figures after your session ends, calculator or callback alike.
- We don't require an account, login, or any personal detail just to see an estimate.
